Over 40 minutes inside our working bean-to-bar chocolate factory, you’ll taste single-ingredient dark chocolate made slowly, by hand, from ethically sourced cacao beans. We’ll explore how origin, fermentation, and roasting shape flavor, and how to actually taste chocolate the way professionals do.
