Created by Chef Jeffray D. Gardner in collaboration with the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach, Strawberry Fields is a tribute to Torrance’s agricultural roots and the simple magic of strawberries and cream done right.
We start with our handcrafted white chocolate base, built from organic cacao butter, real vanilla, and coconut milk for a rich, velvety texture that never feels heavy. Then we fold in vibrant organic strawberries, freeze-dried at peak ripeness, so the fruit keeps its brightness, its aroma, and that little pop of sunshine in every bite.
It is sweet, yes. But it is also balanced, nostalgic, and quietly elegant, the kind of flavor that feels just as right in a hotel lobby as it does late at night in your kitchen when no one’s judging your second square.
