At 45% cacao, this is a sweeter dark chocolate by design. Smooth, approachable, and deeply comforting. The kind of bar you can eat anywhere, on a bus ride through the city, on a park bench, or standing in your kitchen at midnight, without bracing yourself for bitterness or bravado.

We start with organically grown cacao nibs sourced from trusted farmers in South and Central America, selected for balance and natural depth. The chocolate is stone-ground, aged, and finished with organic cacao butter and organic sugar, then gently infused with organic rose petals inspired by Southern California roses and our friends at the Rose Bowl Foundation.

The rose does not shout. It drifts.

A soft floral note that arrives late and leaves early, adding elegance without perfume and lifting the chocolate rather than masking it.
