An extraordinary liqueur deserves an equally extraordinary chocolate.

Handcrafted in Los Angeles by Chef Jeffray Gardner, this limited-edition bonbon brings together the distinctive flavors of SIX13 Fig & Apple Liqueur and Marsatta's Madagascar single-origin bean-to-bar chocolate.

At its heart is a luxurious ganache infused with SIX13's fig and apple liqueur, complemented by additional figs to deepen the rich, honeyed fruit notes. The brightness of apple balances the fig's natural sweetness, creating a beautifully layered tasting experience.

Each bonbon is encased in Marsatta's handcrafted Madagascar chocolate, roasted, winnowed, conched, and tempered in our Southern California chocolate factory.

Finished by hand with elegant white detailing and shimmering gold accents, every piece is a small celebration of craftsmanship.
